Auditions for intensives
Participation in any of our intensives requires a preliminary audition, to be done on-site, online or by video in order to be accepted and allocated to the corresponding level/group. Participants of RMB courses two last years in a row don't need to pass an audition.

Live group auditions in the form of group masterclasses with our most experienced teachers. During these masterclasses, students will be observed and their current level will be estimated.
DURATION of a live audition - 1 hour 30 minutes / 2 hours.

All participants of live and online auditions will be considered for the RMB Scholarship.

All applicants for Summer Intensives should pass an audition (including the students of summer intensives 2025). In order to group all the participants according to their current level and to provide the best teaching, we need to evaluate students once in 6 months.
Only participants of RMB WINTER INTENSIVE in Madrid or Perth and participants of RMB courses in both 2024 and 2025 do not need to pass an additional audition.

The duration of the video is 8-12 minutes.
The video* should include:
Barre: tendu, fondue, grand battement
Adagio in the center
One combination of pirouettes at the center
3 combinations of jumps: small, medium and big
2 combinations on points
A classical variation (optional)
*if you send us a video, please, make sure it is of good quality (not dark, at least 480p) and the link to it will not expire within a year. Don't delete the video as we may need to get back to it and rewatch the audition material.
*If there are any elements or movements in the requirements that you don’t know or don’t usually practice, please don’t record them. Record only what you know so that our teachers can accurately evaluate your current level.
