Education and Early Career

Mikhail graduated from the Kazan Choreographic School in 2005 (under the tutelage of V.N. Bortyakov). His exceptional talent was evident early on; he was invited to join the ballet company of the Musa Jalil Tatar Academic State Opera and Ballet Theatre while still a student, quickly rising through the ranks to become the company’s leading soloist.

Throughout his career, Mikhail has been recognized at the highest levels of international and national competition:
•  "Tantana" (Triumph) State Theatre Prize (2025): Named "Best Actor in Musical Theatre (Ballet)" for his acclaimed portrayal of the title role in Zorba the Greek.
•  G. Tukay State Prize of the Republic of Tatarstan (2015): Awarded for his outstanding performance as the Spirit of Khan Batu in the ballet The Golden Horde.
•  "Soul of Dance" Prize (2012): Awarded by Ballet magazine in the "Rising Star" category.
