Anna Ksenyk is a professional ballet dancer, classical ballet teacher, and certified Pilates instructor. She holds a Master’s degree in Choreography from the Kyiv University of Culture and is a graduate of the Kyiv State Ballet School, trained under the Vaganova system.
After eight years of intensive classical training, Anna performed leading classical repertoire as a soloist with the National Opera House of Ukraine and the Mikhailovsky Theatre in St. Petersburg. Alongside her stage career, she continuously develops her pedagogical approach through advanced body-conditioning systems.
In her teaching, Anna combines the precision and expressiveness of the Russian classical school with modern training methods used by professional dancers today, including RAD, Cecchetti, Pilates, Knyazev gymnastics, Progressing Ballet Technique, and ballet conditioning. She is also the creator of her own specialized approach, Pilates for Dancers.
As an active performing artist and teacher, Anna offers students a unique perspective on contemporary ballet training - bridging classical tradition with the evolving demands of today’s professional stage.
