Fethon Miozzi - RMB teacher

Born in Rome. In 1990 Fethon Miozzi graduated from the The National Dance Academy in Rome and, having received a state scholarship, interned the Vaganova Academy of Russian Ballet in St. Petersburg (teacher: Yuri Umrikhin). Upon completion of his internship, he was accepted to the Mariinsky Theatre (1991).

Since 2008 he's been working as a classical dance teacher at the Vaganova Academy.

He took part in prestigious festivals and gala concerts in the USA, Argentina, Spain, Italy, Germany, France, South Africa, Finland, Hungary, China, Turkey, Estonia, Ukraine, Belarus, Lithuania, Greece, Cyprus, Switzerland, Israel, Great Britain, Brazil, Czech Republic, Costa Rica, Mexico, Norway, Sweden.
Awards:
  • 1993 - L. Myasin Prize ("Rising Star of Ballet").
  • 1997 - Danza Si magazine award ("For acting and physical data").
  • 1998 - Danza e Danza magazine award ("Best Italian dancer of the year").
