Galina Enikeeva is a brilliant representative of the St. Petersburg school, educated in the best traditions of academic dance.
After graduating summa cum laude (in the class of Natalia Dudinskaya and Irina Trofimova, two of the great legends of classical ballet) from Vaganova Academy, she worked as a principal soloist in the Theater of Choreographic Miniatures by Leonid Jacobson.
In 1998, she graduated from the Vaganova Ballet Academy as a ballet teacher and has been a head teacher at this prestigious institution for more than 15 years. Since then she has acquired a vast pedagogical practice, as well as methodical didactics in all its extension.
Currently, she teaches at Vaganova Academy, basically at the elementary and intermediate levels. She also teaches stage practice classes for children at the Mariinsky Theater. She has given numerous Master Classes in Japan, Denmark, Italy, UK and other countries.
