OUR DEAR VALERIE GÓMEZ DE CÁDIZ GAVE INTERVIEW FOR A NEWSPAPER OF ALICANTE ABOUT HER FIRST YEAR IN THE VAGANOVA ACADEMY AND HER FIRST PERFORMANCE IN SAINT-PETERSBURG.
Valerie started her ballet career in Conservatorio de danza de Jose Espadero, then she continued her way at Real Conservatorio Mariemma in Madrid. Now she is studying at the Vaganova Academy. On the May, 18 for the first time as a student of Vaganova she danced classical variations of Swan Lake and Paquita on the stage of the prestigious Hermitage Theatre in Saint-Petersburg. "After this performance, she says, "I can start next year with much more strength, and I think I can achieve my dream to become a principal dancer working harder and harder."
