The Vaganova Academy is offering a circle of conferences around the figure of Marius Petipa in its 7th International Historical and Theoretical Conference.
Coinciding with the anniversary of Petipa’s 203 date of birth on March 11th, the conference will be held on March 11th and 12th under the name of ‘Hommage à Petipa’. Researchers all over the world participate in these fascinating talks about different aspects of the ballet teacher.
This year the conference will be held online via Zoom due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation.
