Every dancer carries a story, and some stories illuminate the path for others. This season, Russian Masters Ballet highlights two remarkable young artists - Juliet Williamson-Waggoner and Alexander Martyshchov - whose journeys reflect dedication, growth, and belief in their dreams.
Juliet began her training at five, later joining Bristol Russian Ballet before attending the RMB Summer Intensive in Alicante. Her talent and determination earned her a place at the Vaganova Academy, where she continues to grow under Yulia Kasenkova and perform on significant Russian stages.
Alexander’s path is a story of perseverance. After training in Kazakhstan and later at the Eifman Academy, he entered the Vaganova Academy, where he studies with Alexey Ilyin. His journey shows how resilience and the right guidance can shape a dancer’s future.
