Words about success from Vaganova Academy student Jack Hartill, who became the soloist in the first year
"I started to dance when I was 13. It’s quite late. When I started my path, everybody was much better than me. I was told that I need to work harder. So, I have been watching a lot of videos on the internet with great professionals, try to do the same, try to imitate their dance. And it helps a lot.
Of course, I had and have really good teachers not just on a computer. I want to say a lot of thanks for my first teacher in Norway - Roman Viktorovich Rumyantsev, and for Asiya Lukmanova, the director of Russian Masters, for her help and assistance in entering the Academy.
I think that the most important thing is that you must be ready to work every day. To work 100 percent; to do your best every day and every rehearsal. It will lead you to success."
