Everyone knows that performing graduates have very different technic. In many aspects, everything depends on the teacher. The same is true for the education department.
Julia Kasenkova was fortunate enough to graduate first from a stellar stage teacher, and then from a great pedagogical.
She finished the Academy of Russian Ballet in 1993, class of professor Zubkovskaya. From 1993 to 2014 – Julia was the soloist of the Mariinsky Theater. She toured with the Mariinsky troupe in Germany, Holland, Greece, Italy, Korea, Australia, the USA, Japan, Mexico, Korea, France, Great Britain, Canada, etc.
In 2010 she graduated from the Faculty of Education of the Vaganova Academy, class of Maria Gribanova, and received the specialty of a teacher-choreographer. From 2010 to 2013 she was a guest teacher-tutor of the solo repertoire of the Mikhailovsky Theater.
